As the artist, I retain the copyright to the commissioned illustration.

Commercial use requires prior permission and an additional fee.

I reserve the right to refuse any requests for any reason.

I will post the commissioned illustration on my social media unless the client requests privacy in advance.

Please provide separate reference images for the character(s) to be drawn, and if needed, include references for　composition, background, mood, etc.

Once the sketch is approved, the composition and character poses cannot be changed.

Only minor revisions are allowed during and after the rendering stage.

I will provide approximately 3 updates during the process: sketch, coloring, and rendering stages.

Once the final illustration is approved, I will provide a 300 DPI PNG file.
